Position: Receptionist (Salary: 25,000-35,000)

Department: Administrative & Support Department
Reports To: Front Desk Officer

Job Purpose:

To provide front-line customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, managing calls, and assisting with administrative and front-desk operations in a professional and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist all visitors, applicants, and clients with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls promptly; take messages when necessary.
  • Handle general inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments (Counseling, Documentation, Marketing, etc.).
  • Maintain and update the visitor logbook and daily attendance records.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling applicant interviews and meetings.
  • Support the Front Desk Officer in day-to-day reception and administrative tasks.
  • Receive and distribute incoming mails, documents, and packages.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas.
  • Provide applicants and visitors with company information, job demand details, or forms when required.
  • Perform basic administrative duties such as data entry, printing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or +2 in Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Pleasant personality, neat appearance, and polite behavior.
  • Good command of MS Office, email, and phone etiquette.
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
  • Smart and good looking.

  • Accurate and timely assistance to applicants and clients.
  • Supportive teamwork with the Front Desk Officer and other staff.
