Position: Executive Manager (Salary: 75,000-85,000)

Department: Senior Management
Reports To: Managing Director (or through Secretary)

Job Purpose:

To oversee, guide, and monitor all departmental managers and senior-level staff, ensuring company policies, procedures, and performance standards are strictly followed and results are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise all departmental heads including Business Development, Marketing, Documentation, and Administrative units.
  • Ensure smooth coordination among all departments for the timely completion of projects and demands.
  • Enforce management rules, discipline, and work ethics across all levels.
  • Review daily operations, staff performance, and departmental reports.
  • Conduct regular review meetings and ensure targets and deadlines are met.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose corrective actions, and ensure implementation.
  • Provide performance reports and feedback directly to the MD.
  • Approve and oversee staff schedules, leaves, and replacements in coordination with the HR section.
  • Train, motivate, and guide mid-level managers to maintain high performance and accountability.
  • Handle internal issues, disputes, or challenges with authority and fairness.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a manpower or corporate environment.
  • Strong command over communication, leadership, and decision-making.
  • Proven record of managing multiple departments or large teams.
  • Skilled in report analysis, workflow management, and problem-solving.
  • Excellent discipline, integrity, and ability to enforce company standards.
