Position: Marketing Manager (Salary: 50,000+ Incentives)
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Reports To: Executive Manager/ Managing Director (or through Secretary)
Job Purpose:
To ensure the fulfillment of business demands generated by the BDM, manage lead generation, oversee applicant sourcing, and maintain smooth operations of marketing and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the supply chain of applicants to meet the demands/projects generated by BDM.
- Generate leads, create new contact points, and expand the company’s reach.
- Ensure deadlines and urgent projects are met without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with Documentation and Counseling teams to maintain smooth processing.
- Track and analyze marketing campaigns and applicant conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular updates and reports to Executive Manager.
- Identify gaps or delays in processes and implement corrective measures.
- Work closely with Social Media Officer to align digital marketing efforts with business demands.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, recruitment, or manpower services.
- Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- High level of discipline, accountability, and results-oriented mindset.
- Flexible for frequent travel, conducting marketing campaigns and engaging in outdoor marketing activities.
