Visa Process
The first step of visa process starts with Counselling. As the candidates learn about the job vacancies through various social medias, they visit our office for further details. During their visit counsellor provides candidates with comprehensive information about the job including Post, Salary, Food and Accommodation Facilities, Duty Hour, Requirements, Processing Time etc.
After counselling, when the candidates agree with all the terms and conditions, s/he will appear for the pre-interview. Candidates are required to attend an interview, where our team prioritize on their requirement of Job and Experience, Qualifications, Mental and Physical Fitness, Positive Attitude and Personality of the candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements. However, some candidates may be rejected due to some reasons, we are unable to proceed with their application.
If the candidates are short-listed in pre-interview, s/he need to do medical test from the Nepal government approved medical centres. The process of the candidates will be proceeded only if s/he is medically fit.
Then after we get coordinated with employer to proceed for the selection of skill-based candidates as the employer may be interested to look after their employee. So the Employer will select the candidate as per their selection method either direct interview, or online interview or video selection or document selection. When the Employer select the candidates, we will forward the related documents like Proper Scan of Passport, Recent photo as per the required size having white background, Updated Bio-Data (CV), and other documents like Police Report, Academic Certificate, Experience letter if needed to the Employer.
After the selection of workers, Employer send the Job offer letter and then process for Work Permit/MOL
After receiving the documents as per point no. 4, the visa lodgment process begins. The Employer will be responsible for sending all the necessary visa documents to us. Thereafter, we will arrange the documents for the visa stamping to associated Embassy
If the process proceeds smoothly, the employee will receive their visas, and then after we will complete all government-related formalities. For this employee must attend the orientation class as instruct by Nepal government. However, in some cases, the visa may be refused for certain reasons, in that case no further process will be carried out.
After getting the confirmation from the Employer regarding the flight date of the employee, we issue the ticket as per the schedule fixed by the Employer. Once all the documents are ready, before the departure we will provide the Final Orientation to the employees relates to the brief information on job, country, climate and rules and regulation that they need to follow.
On the day of flight, the employee will fly on the confirmed date with the required documents. The Employer will be responsible for the airport pickup, accommodation, job placement as per the offer letter and contract, and necessary paper work as per the country’s regulations.
