Here we provide the recruitment process to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience for employers. Our structured approach helps you to understand the right way to select the most suitable candidates.

The First Party represent the Employer you and The Second Party represent to we, Times Management System Pvt. Ltd.

  1. The First Party will specify the vacancies details like Post, No. of Quota, Salary, Age and Gender Requirement, Food and Accommodation Facility to The Second Party.
  2. After this the both parties will discuss the Terms and Conditions and with agreement in the terms, The Second Party will start sort listing the quality, healthy and best worker.
  3. Then after The Second Party will advertise the vacancies in market through different platforms like in newspaper, and social media. The Second party will search and gather the candidates as per the specified requirements by conducting the interview at the office. During the selection process, priority should be given to job requirement, candidates’ work experience, their qualifications, physical and mental health conditions, as well as their positive attitude and personality to ensure they are well-suited for the job.
  4. After the candidates get selected in pre-interview; s/he will do medical test from the Nepal government approved medical centres. The process of the candidates will be proceeded only if s/he is medically fit.
  5. Afterwards The First Party will select the candidate as per their selection method either direct interview, or online interview or video selection or document selection.
  6. The First Party must provide the selection of the candidate as soon as possible as the candidates cannot be hold for longer period of time.
  7. After the selection The Second Party will send the documents like Proper Scan of Passport, Recent photo as per the required size having white background, Updated Bio-Data (CV), and other documents like Police Report, Academic Certificate, and Experience letter if needed to The First Party.
  8. Later The First Party will provide the offer letter or contract paper to The Second Party in the name of employee. Then, First Party will process for the Work Permit/MOL/Government Contract as soon as possible.
  9. After receiving the documents as per point no. 8, the visa lodgement process begins.
  10. The First Party will be responsible for sending all the necessary visa related documents to The Second Party. Thereafter, The Second Party will arrange the documents for the visa stamping to associate Embassy.
  11. If the process proceeds smoothly, the employee will receive their visas, and The Second Party will complete all government-related formalities before deploying the employees from Nepal. However, in some cases, the visa may be refused for certain reasons, in that case no further process will be carried out.
  12. Next, The Second Party will take the confirmation from The First Party regarding the flight date of the employee. After getting the confirmation The Second Party will issue the ticket as per the schedule fixed by The First Party.
  13. After the ticket is confirmed, The Second Party will send the flight schedule to The First Party and confirm for the Airport Pickup, Accommodation of the Employee.
  14. The Second Party will provide the orientation to the employees relates to the brief information on job, country, climate and rules and regulation that they need to follow.
  15. The employee will fly on the confirmed date with all the required documents. The First Party will be responsible for the Airport Pickup, Accommodation, Job Placement as per the Offer Letter and Contract, and necessary paper work as per the country’s regulations.
  16. The Second Party will be responsible for the Post Departure Service as well. After the employee reach in the destination country, The Second Party will take feedback from The First Party and the employee to get the update. If they are facing any kind of issues both The First Party and The Second Party should coordinate with each other to solve the issue as sooner as possible.
