Position: Business Development Manager (BDM) (Salary: 50,000+Incentives)
Department: Marketing & Business Development
Reports To: Managing Director (or through Secretary)
Job Purpose:
To drive business growth by identifying market opportunities, generating project/job demands, building strong relationships, and creating a sustainable pipeline of business opportunities for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and job opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with foreign corporate clients, agents, and partners.
- Generate new job demands/projects in alignment with company objectives.
- Track trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, demand reports, and growth plans.
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager to ensure smooth fulfillment of generated demands.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns.
- Report daily/weekly/monthly progress to Executive Manager, highlighting achievements and challenges.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or manpower services.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Result-oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.
- High sense of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

- Consistently generate new business opportunities and work demands.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date market intelligence.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and partners.
