Position: Front Desk Officer (Salary: 35,000-45,000)
Department: Administrative & Support Department
Reports To: Executive Manager
Job Purpose:
To oversee and manage all reception and front-desk activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, professional communication, and excellent first impressions for all visitors, applicants, and clients entering the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the reception team, ensuring efficient handling of front-desk operations.
- Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails, ensuring timely and proper responses.
- Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to receptionists.
- Coordinate with the Counseling and Documentation Departments to direct visitors or applicants to the correct section.
- Maintain a proper visitor logbook and communication record.
- Monitor inventory for front-desk supplies (forms, stationery, visitor cards, etc.) and request replenishment when needed.
- Handle any queries or complaints courteously and escalate them to management when required.
- Assist in organizing interviews, meetings, and internal events as per office schedule.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in front-desk or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and record-keeping.
- Smart personality, professional appearance, and confident attitude.
- Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
- Smart and good looking.
