Position: Front Desk Officer (Salary: 35,000-45,000)

Department: Administrative & Support Department
Reports To: Executive Manager

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage all reception and front-desk activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, professional communication, and excellent first impressions for all visitors, applicants, and clients entering the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the reception team, ensuring efficient handling of front-desk operations.
  • Greet and assist visitors, applicants, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ensure reception and waiting areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and emails, ensuring timely and proper responses.
  • Assign daily tasks and provide guidance to receptionists.
  • Coordinate with the Counseling and Documentation Departments to direct visitors or applicants to the correct section.
  • Maintain a proper visitor logbook and communication record.
  • Monitor inventory for front-desk supplies (forms, stationery, visitor cards, etc.) and request replenishment when needed.
  • Handle any queries or complaints courteously and escalate them to management when required.
  • Assist in organizing interviews, meetings, and internal events as per office schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in front-desk or customer service roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, email handling, and record-keeping.
  • Smart personality, professional appearance, and confident attitude.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
  • Smart and good looking.
