For the win-win situation of both parties and easy and successful collaboration, we have enlisted the following terms and conditions. Here The First Party is referred for the Employer and The Second Party is referred to we, Times Management System Pvt. Ltd.

1. The First Party will specify the available vacancies details like Post, No. of Quota, Age, Education, Gender, Salary, Overtime, Food, Accommodation and other details with requirements to The Second Party and if everything goes well The First Party need to issue the demand letter. 2. The Second Party will take the first approval from Nepal Government and do the paper advertisement and other platforms to inform the public about the approved demand.

3. The Second Party will conduct the Interview/Video selection to pick the Quality, Healthy and the Best employees to the job.

4. The Second Party will send all the necessary documents to the first party for applying MOL/Work permit.

5. The First Party will send MOL/Work permit and other supportive documents for visa lodgements to the Second Party.

6. The Second Party will lodge the visa and after receiving the visa Second party will do the final labor approval from Nepal Government and deploy the workers by concerning with the First Party.

7. The First Party will pickup the employees from the airport and provide them a job and other facilities as per the Demand letter.

8. The Second Party hereby agrees to replace any workers found unsuitable or unfit for the job or found medically unfit free of cost within the probationary periods of 06 months and the worker should compensate the employer for the loss incurred as per the law.

9. Duration of contract should be of 2 years and is renewable upon mutual agreement of Both Parties.

10. Both First and Second Parties hereto have discussed all the above matters in detail and agrees to all the terms and conditions in this agreement and sign in two identical originals one to kept by each party.

11. After the candidates reach in the destination country, if they face any kind of issues both The First and Second Party should coordinate each other to solve the issue as sooner as possible.
